Kali ini pembocornya adalah sebuah operator seluler di China bernama China Mobile. Dalam situsnya, China Mobile menuliskan bahwa iPhone 6 akan menggunakan prosesor Apple A8, dan layar 4,7 inch-nya akan dilapisi oleh safir.
Namun berbeda dengan beberapa bocoran yang muncul sebelumnya, resolusi layar iPhone 6 hanya sebesar 1134x750 pixel. Sebelumnya, iPhone 6 4,7 inch dikatakan akan mempunyai resolusi 1704x960 pixel.
Dalam rumor-rumor yang beredar sebelumnya pun tak pernah disebutkan bahwa iPhone 6 akan mempunyai fitur anti air dan debu, namun menurut China Mobile, iPhone 6 akan mempunyai fitur seperti itu.
Tertulis juga bahwa kamera utama iPhone 6 mempunyai resolusi 8 megapixel, dan 2,1 megapixel untuk kamera depan. Opsi penyimpanan internalnya terdiri dari 16, 32, 64 serta 128 GB.
Seperti yang dilansir GSM Arena, Selasa (9/9/2014), China Mobile hanya menuliskan spek dari iPhone 6 versi 4,7 inch, yang berdimensi 138x67x7mm. Mereka sama sekali tak menulis informasi mengenai iPhone 6 5,5 inch.
